When Square Mile Coffee Roasters wanted to make a big splash at the London Coffee Festival, they had two goals. One to help people achieve tastier coffee at home, and two provide a platform to showcase some crazy ideas. This is how the The kitchen and The Canteen was conceived. In The Kitchen you could create you own cup of coffee using only at home products with the help of the Square Mile training team. Where as, The Canteen was an event to present the fun and quirky side of Square Mile. Each festival goer was treated to a 15 minute experience of the tastebuds.
