Square Mile Coffee Roasters an innovative and leading producer of quality coffee in London. Short Stories is the answer to their desire to showcase the people behind each bean and introduce micro-lot coffee to the mainstream market. Each Short Story was an in-depth narrative about the farmers who grew each cherry, laboured on each bean through the washing process, and the relationship Square Mile had developed with them over the years. Square Mile didn’t just stop there, they also wanted to include each customer in the tasting process, by providing an interactive platform to record the brewing process and flavour profiles for each coffee tasted.
